Do you deliver the equipment you rent out?
Yes most of our prices include delivery. Table and Chair rentals have a certain amount required for the delivery, or a small delivery charge
will apply.

Where are you Delivery Areas and is there a Delivery Fee?
Tri City Party Rentals requires a Minimum of $100.00 for the free delivery. Free local delivery areas are Bay City, Reese, Frankenmuth,
Essexville, Auburn,and Linwood. [If your order is under $100.00 a Delivery Charge of $10.00 for the local delivery areas] Out of our
Coverage area Charge of $40.00 for Hemlock, $30.00 to deliveries made to Midland, Pinconning, Akron-Fairgrove, Unionville $15.00 for
Saginaw Township (No City Deliveries), and Freeland.

What happens at delivery?
When our drivers arrive they will ask where the unit is to be placed if that area is ok they will set the unit up properly. Once all the set up
is complete the delivery drivers will have some papers for you to fill out and sign, then they will collect the payment. If a driver arrives at
scheduled delivery time and no one is present to accept the delivery, they will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before they will leave to
move on to other deliveries. We will try our hardest to call you if we are waiting and once we get the other deliveries complete will make an
effort to return back to your party.

Where can Tent's be set up?
We offer different style tents. The pole tents are for Grass set ups because of the stakes that need to be driven into the ground. Our Frame
tents can be set up on grass or cement, they require to be held down with out stakes so sand bangs will work. For frame tents a usual of
Four (4) sand bags will be used to secure the tent.

Where can the moonwalk be set up?
The moonwalk/bounce unit can be set up on any level area whether its grass, cement or asphalt.  The area should be clear of all obstacles
including sticks, stones, sharp objects, sprinklers, etc..  We place a tarp under each unit for added protection.   The unit is also staked down
or sand bagged down.

How much room do I need for Inflatable Rentals?
An area that is 20X20 feet is average should be plenty. This all does vary on what Inflatable you are renting. Please ask a Tri-City
Representative for the exact area size needed.  No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they may interfere with the
unit.  They should be located away from pools or waterfronts.  Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed.

Can I pick the unit up?
This Varies but for Inflatable's and Tents Sorry, for the safety of the participants and to insure a quality functional unit our staff is required
to deliver and set up each. Single Table-Chair rentals can be picked up along with Fun Food Machines can also be picked up.  

How long are your rental times?
Rental times vary on what you are renting. Inflatable's are no longer than a 10 hour rental. No over night rental is available on any
Inflatable we carry. Table-Chair-Tent and Fun Foods can be rented for 24 hour or during your inflatable rental time.

Do you offer party packages?
Yes we certainly do. Our party packages are located in the pricing area. Some packages are perfect for graduation parties and then some for
birthdays. Plus we can also make a package to fit your event needs!!

What kind of power do we need?
The unit requires a 110V outlet, preferable separate from other items requiring electricity.  The outlet must be located within 100 feet of
the unit.  A generator is available for rental if needed.

What if it rains or is too windy?
You can never trust the weather but here are some helpful pointers, We cannot set up or operate any inflatable when the wind is 20mph or
higher, In case of rain-We cannot set up or operate any inflatable in a heavy downpour or electrical storm. Once the inflatable is set up and
the weather changes NO REFUNDS will be issued. If the weather does turn to the rain-wind or electrical storm, please turn off the Blower,
unplug it, and cover it up so it does not get wet. Tri-City Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions.

Can I rent the inflatable's in the winter?
Our Inflatable rental season usually runs from Late April to October. Our insurance and the federal organization we belong to will not allow
rentals of inflatable's below 40 degrees outside. However we are able to set the inflatable's up indoors if you have proper size requirements.
All the other rental items we carry can be rented at any time during the year!

How do I reserve equipment?
Simply call one of our representatives and we will gladly schedule your event.  At this current time we do not require deposits unless its a
large event then we do require a deposit to hold the date. Tri-City Party Rentals will send you a Confirmation Letter to Fully Confirm the
booking with us.

How far in advance should I reserve the equipment?
We are always taking reservations for equipment.  The sooner you call the better.   Most equipment during the summer season gets booked
about 6 weeks in advance, if not more. Our popular months of June and July usually start booking in the beginning of the year, with some
weekends booking up before March.

Can I change my reservation?
You Sure Can! Just give our office a call and we can help you out. However we cannot guatantee certain equipment will be available.

When is the payment due?
Payment in full is due upon delivery.  Cash, Checks and credit cards via paypal are accepted. A charge of $25.00 will be assessed for
returned checks. Credit Card payments need to finalized before delivery via the paypal.

What is your cancellation policy?
Tri-City Party Rentals recommends at least a 48 hour notice. No worries we do not charge for Cancellations

Are moonwalks/bounces safe?
Yes!  Our units are constructed of industry standard vinyl's, fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step.  There should be no
problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions.  Each unit is equipped with blow back valves on our blowers, and
have emergency exits.

Do you carry insurance?
Yes, Tri-City Party Rentals is a full insured Michigan LLC.  A copy of the policy will be provided upon request at time of delivery.  
Municipalities, schools, churches, etc.. May contact us in advance for arrangements.  For events on public property such as parks, etc.,
additional insurance may be required and will add $100 to the total rental cost.

What are my responsibilities?
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines.  A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use.  This person
must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times.  You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and
safe from damage.

Can you provide an attendant?
Yes!  For an additional hourly fee we can provide you with an attendant.  See Pricing Schedule for cost.

Is there a cleaning charge?
No!  As long as it is general cleaning, we will do it.  If excessive cleaning is needed , a cleaning charge of $50 to $100 will be required. For
Table and Chair rentals just make sure the table is cleared of party items when we arrive. If we have to clean off the tables the cleaning
charge will be required.

Who picks up the equipment when we are done?
Tri City Party Rental staff will take down and pick up the equipment after your event if it was a delivery.
